Q. What do you mean by “
Made from solid wood panels to prevent warping.”?
A. This means that we glue up strips of lumber to make panels to cut the plaques out of, and the reason we spend the extra time to do this is to prevent the plaques we send you from warping. Plaques cut from single boards are more likely to warp when they go from the environment they are made in to another environment.
Q. Is this item available in other woods?
A. Yes, most all of our products are available in Medium Oak, Dark Oak, Black Walnut, Cedar, Camo and Weathered Wood.
Q. Will this mount work an animal other than the one listed?
A. It may, but we do offer plaques specifically designed for over 15 different types of animals including deer, bear, elk, bobcat, boar, coyote, oryx, etc..
Q. Do you build custom plaques?
A. Yes, just send us a request with some dimensions and wood choice, and we work up a quote for you.
Q. What other type of products do you offer?
A. We offer a full line of european mount plaques, antler/shoulder mount plaques, turkey mounting kits, state plaques, circles and ovals.
Q. Who pays the return shipping?
A. If a buyer receives a defective item we will pay the return shipping, for other reasons the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Q. Will I get a full refund?
A. A full refund will be given if the item is returned in the condition it was received.
Q. Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?
A. Yes.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. Mail the item with a copy of the invoice, a copy of the shipping receipt for the return postage and include a note stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. Also, please send a message through ebay stating that you are returning your item. A refund will be issued  once we receive and process your return (normally within a day of receipt). For a defective item you will receive a refund plus you will be reimbursed for the return postage.
